Come and join us in the community room at Boggart Hole Clough’s Lakeside Cafe. The session can be adapted to suit different ability levels. All exercises are seated and designed to improve balance, muscle, tendon and ligament strength, as well as aerobic exercise to improve your heart and lung fitness.

No need to book, just turn up on the day although large groups may need to call in advance due to space restrictions at each venue. Resistance bands and equipment will be provided by the instructor.
